01. Inquiry and connection call
Start by filling out our contact form or sending us an email. We'll schedule a Zoom call to discuss your wedding, understand your vision, and learn about your goals and expectations.
02. Custom investment
After our call, I'll send you a tailored investment based on your specific needs and budget. This will include details on the packages, pricing, and any extra add-ons.
03. Booking and welcome
Once you’re ready to book, you’ll receive a contract to sign and a questionnaire to complete. You’ll also get a little welcome gift in the mail as a token of thanks for choosing Wayward North to capture your love story.
04. Check-in
About six months before your wedding, we’ll have a check-in call to see how planning is going and to schedule a story session. This helps us gather insights for your wedding film. One month before your big day, we’ll have a final call to review your wedding timeline and any last-minute details to ensure everything goes smoothly.
05. Your wedding day
I'll capture every special moment—from the excitement of getting ready to the ceremony and the celebration afterward. My approach is easy-going and attentive, so you can relax and enjoy your day while I focus on both the big moments and the spontaneous ones that make your wedding truly yours.
06. Your bespoke film
This is where the magic happens. You’ll receive your film within 90-120 days of your wedding date, and your film will be hosted on your own custom website.
